I've got genes, they're multiplying. I've got about 40,000 of them, made up of even littler bits of DNA, which is a type of acid. Yuck! But genes are great because they're like   an instruction manual that tell my body how to work. And DNA's everywhere. Curled up really ickle in every nucleus of every cell of your body. But the really cool thing about DNA is that using just detergent, meat tenderiser and pure alcohol you can extract it from pretty much anything it's in. And you can see it. It's long and stringy.
