No self-respecting cowboy shirt (or indeed cowboy) would be caught dead without a fair number of metal domes   across their personage, fastening all those bits that tend to flap around a lot out there on the prairie. They're also a favourite of male strippers exotic dancers for that instant 'rip'-oh-look-my-shirt's-come-off-how-did-that-happen effect. DP
