People who spend a lot of time gazing at their navels will probably already be aware of the strange biological phoenomenon which is navel lint, aka bellybutton fluff. Nobody knows   how it gets there or why it's always blue, especially since the inside of most people's bellybuttons seems to be pink. The big question is what to do with it. The majority would agree that hygenic cleansing and disposal is the preferred option, however certain individuals take great pleasure in collecting it. MP
