You'll find two of them at the end of every nose (or one in the case of Daniella Westbrook) ... the humble nostril. These marvellous orifii are   the gateway to the olfactory centres of the brain and are responsible for the much of the way things taste as well. They're also just large enough to allow you to conduct your own personal treasure hunt inside ... the results of which are commonly disappointing. DP
