If ever there was a reason for not giving crack to puppies, then Scrappy Doo would be it. Almost universally reviled amongst the Scooby Doo fan fraternity (I said almost), this pint-sized mutt was forever getting himself in trouble (more often than not requiring a bumbling rescue by a way-too-stoned Uncle Scooby) and generally annoying seven shades out of the rest of the gang. Put simply, a blight on an otherwise classic cartoon: hang your head in shame Lennie Weinrib. DP
