Sugar Puffs are little puffs of wheat coated in sugar/honey and are notable for their   adverts introducing Kate Winslet to the world (her first acting role was in one aged only 11) and the classic catchcry "Tell 'em about the honey, Mummy!". Less notable is the fact that I'm about to go and eat a bowl - cheers! IC
