Swedish Fish are ickle: "soft and chewy" candies made with mineral oil and carnauba wax (and lots of sugar and red #40). These little candies from Sweden are indeed made in

ickle fish moulds, complete with ickle scales, fins, and eyes. Eating a box of Swedish Fish is a joyous ickle experience. Recently, Malaco (the company responsible for the ickle fish) has added three colors to the old school red: orange, green, and yellow. These ickle fish are a favorite candy in any color.
