 In a nod to Dickens' A Christmas Carol, Herbert Boutros Khaury nicknamed himself Tiny Tim and the rest was ukelele history. He was actually a not-so-tiny 6'1" and after a chequered performing career, left to tiptoe through the celestial tulips in 1996 ... the school of falsetto losing one of its most celebrated exponents.
