At only 2'8", Verne Troyer certainly is mini. He won the nation's hearts as Dr Evil's 1/8th-sized clone in the Austin Powes franchise, and can be currently seen on Antipodean screens offering up "Chocettes" - petite morsels of Cadbury's chocolate treats - to two leggy models.
