Happy Leap Day! Back in 1995, some folks thought there wasn't going to be one but boy were they wrong [insert Nelson's "ha, ha!" here]. According to our friends at the Melbourne Planetarium, that funky forward-planner Pope Gregory decreed in 1582 that every year evenly divisible by 400 would be a leap year, while every other year ending in 00 wouldn't have the extra day. Fine by me!
