I think I'm going to have to start a video collection of modern screwball comedies: opening items = the Mike Myers oeuvre, BASEketball and now Happy Gilmore which was brought home the other night. I don't know why dialogue like this cracks me up but it does:

Virginia: What's this about you breaking a rake and throwing it in the woods?

Happy: I didn't break it, I was merely testing its durability, and I placed it in the woods 'cause it's made of wood and I wanted it to be near its family.
