After dining out for four nights in a row, I think I'll settle for a flat-cooked meal tonight! Friday saw an evening's birthday celebrations at the
Jazz Café (warning: extreme flashturbation) ... an over-priced meal but the boiler-suited twentysomething jazz-funk band
Mr Gone more than made up for it. Saturday was a farewell dinner for flatmates Nani and Jason (who are winging their way back to Aotearoa at the end of the week) at Cafe Suze ... wonderful Pacific Rim food with New Zealand wine and
Speights as well! Ah, Speights ... student nectar at its finest. Finally, last night consisted of a large helping of satay, lager and banter at "Street Hawker" in Maida Vale with
the usual suspects. A top way to end a great weekend.
