The weekend in hypertext ... is no more. Iain (nice redesign by the way!) says he'll miss it, but it's done it's dash I think (i.e. now that the festive madness has passed, I can start writing decently about weekend happenings again!).

I succeed to catch up on post-turn-of-the-millennium hi-jinks with friends and family back home which was nice. I'm jealous of them enjoying the sunshine (he types as a solitary ray enters the office) too.

Saturday afternoon was fun: a chatty late Thai lunch with Meg and Tom and then to the beautiful, poetic and mildly baffling "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Great film, great company.
