Saturday was weird but entertaining! I was feeling reasonably jaded all day after the previous two nights efforts so thought a spot of afternoon consumerism may help. It did. I'm now the proud owner of (amongst other things) a Kodak EZ200 digital camera. It takes pretty good pictures even in low light (with a bit of touching up in Photoshop), doubles as a webcam and takes ten second .avi clips. Not bad for £79.95!
I shuffled along that evening to flatmates Byron and Briar's farewell drinks in Wandsworth and started to feel verrry sleeepy after a couple of pints. Assorted punters were attempting to drag me out to Bagley's but I thought, nah, bugger that ... despite being as tired as sin I'll haul it to Heaven. Let "Freaky Coincidence Night" begin!
- The whole time I was there I kept thinking "Andy and David are here" (whom I haven't seen for weeks), and sure enough, around 3am, they stroll past. Weird.
- Andy says "You look like you've lost weight in your face" and I rationalised it as my wisdom teeth not having played up recently. As soon as I say down in easyEverything to kill a few hours after the club had closed, I had a prolonged shooting wisdom tooth pain. Ouch.
- While reading blogs, I visited plasticbag.org - now, easyEverything use Netscape4 (urgh) and I thought "Tom, this doesn't look as good as it does in IE" (I'm guilty of that as well). The next thing I read was this. Bizarre.
Sunday was mostly spent recovering and then onto a fun evening chez Meg and Luke in honour of the Australian's clock ticking over once more. I'll now indulge you with the whole documentary film-making thing ... ya know, just because I can - the evidence is here.
