Scally and I stumbled across a couple of les pissoirs on our walk through through the West End on Friday night: what a strange site to behold. It was reminiscent of the monolith's appearance in the "Dawn of Man" sequence from 2001: A Space Odyssey ... one sat on the corner of Wardour and Old Compton Streets (outside the pub formerly known as the Rat & Parrot) and the pointing, staring and tentative approaches were akin to A. afarensis at his finest. Most odd.
