Wow.
It's difficult to know where to start really. Yes, it's long, but not distractingly so. Yes, there's a lot going on, but that's in no way a bad thing. Very sweeping ... very grand ... very touching really. It seems silly to be so attached to a group of movies but I really think this is our generation's Hillary-conquers-Everest ... Peter Jackson certainly knocked the bastard off and gave all Noozlelanders something to be immensely proud of. Well done that man.
