Well, a whole month's passed by with very little to report. I've finished a long delayed re-read of the First Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, and am about to start on the Second Chronicles before launching into the all new Last Chronicles. There's also a painstakingly slow redesign in the works: Tom and Caroline have both freshened up their online abodes to brilliant effect. And the lovely, generous Meg donated me a free Flickr pro account which will be fun to populate over the coming weeks ... a small sample appears in the left-hand bar right now. Roll on May!

So, did you get stung by any prankish behaviour this morning? There were precious few around today, although Telecom had a nice full page ad in The Dominion advertising their 'T1G' brick phone, and Campbell Live had a beauty on turning the lower reaches of Stewart Island into a new American Antarctic base. Anyway, if nothing caught you by surprise today, here's the Top 100 April Fool's Day Hoaxes of All Time ... priceless.
